New Amuse 100mm STTI Titanium Exhausts (2 versions!) and 90mm Valved Midpipe!

0

Amuse GT-RAmuse continues to make some of the best exhausts in the world. Their signature titanium burns are often imitated but never duplicated.  Amuse this year has been developing two new systems that we are happy to introduce and allow for pre-order here. One of the things that makes Amuse unique is that they have a proprietary blend of STTI titanium which they use for the full construction of their exhausts. This STTI material is also found in the $20,000 Spec V exhaust system from Nissan but fortunately theese Amuse systems are more affordable. Fun fact, Amuse tested these systems at the famous Nardo Italy test track owned by Porsche with their 1,000 hp car. Their car exceeded 230mph with a prototype of these systems.  We’re honored to have our sticker on the Amuse Phantom GT-R!

Look at this baby!

New Amuse STTI Exhuast

The new Amuse systems are focused around maximum power and are made with high horsepower builds in mind. Amuse has produced two versions, one is a traditional Amuse version with twin parallel mufflers called the "Nardo Spec". Visually the Nardo looks similar to the Amuse 90mm system and 80mm systems that came before it. The other is a version that we would assume is called the "Overtake Spec" and that version has 4 mufflers. Both systems are 100mm piping and we have been told that both versions will come complete with a y pipe and rear section as a set. The typical mix and match y pipe exhaust setup is not possible because the y pipe flange is designed as a continual 100mm and does not reduce in size. This is done for maximum power versus most systems that reduce the flange size to a normal size to accept any y pipe.  As always with Amuse products, you can customize the look of the tips and canister.

Both of these new systems have Amuse’s new variable valve technology to control sound. Unfortunately we have not been able to hear either system yet, but we have confidence that these Amuse sound as amazing as their other exhausts.  We had the chance to hear the prototype at full blast at Nardo and it was music to our ears.

Overtake Exhaust

As we regularly import the Amuse 80mm and 90mm systems, we’re looking forward to beginning to offer worldwide delivery of the new 100mm systems. Unfortunately final release date for both systems is not yet determined. We hope first systems will ship before the end of this year.

Crazy right?

Overtake rear bumper

We’ve just recently received pricing from Amuse for the Nardo twin can version and we’re able to offer them for sale for $9150 for the complete system (y pipe, rear section, valves). Unfortunately there is no information yet on the Amuse x Overtake 4 can version. Our guess is that it’ll cost perhaps a little more than the Nardo due to the more complex design with the extra mufflers.  We have also been told that the Black Titan finish seen in the pics of the system on the table will cost more (as it does on all other Amuse systems) but no pricing is available so until it is released we will offer it as a no cost option!

We are happy to accept pre-order deposits on either system to ensure that you get yours as early as possible. We will also update this thread as further info and photos are available. For those of you who have previous Amuse exhausts and have upgraded to more power this will not be a risky choice since you already know the quality, performance and sound of these systems. For those new to Amuse we understand that you might become more comfortable as more information becomes available and we hope to update you all as soon as we can get more clear information from our contacts at Amuse on both systems. Please stay tuned to this thread and we’ll do our best to update it as new info becomes available on both products.

In addition to the 100mm releases, Amuse also showed their new 90mm midpipe option that works with the Amuse 90mm system as well as any other 90mm midpipe.  This is designed for people wanting to quiet down their 90mm straight type systems under low throttle.  Pricing has not been released yet for it but let us know if you are interested and we'll notify you when pricing is released.
