TA2 Racing Muscle car series (Aus) has their last round the same weekend as the opening NZ round (31st Oct - 2Nov)
National Trans-am series Australia has 2 rounds after the 1st NZ round (Mallala 21/22Nov) and Adelaide (27-30 November).
The article does not have the NZ series rules. Would it be preferable to have either a competitor can drop their poorest round rule or the first round is a warm up round with no points, to encourage Australian entrants to send their cars over for the January Round 2 onwards. Or the first round in NZ is a half points round so the Aus drivers might have the challenge of a small points deficit to catch up.
