On October 4-6, the XDA will host its season finale at Maryland International Raceway with the 33rd annual DME Racing Fall Nationals.

This isn’t just any race; it’s where champions are forged and legends are born. Whether you’re a die-hard drag racing fan or experiencing the thrill for the first time, the DME Racing Fall Nationals promises an unforgettable, adrenaline-packed weekend. Known for its crisp, cool air and record-breaking speeds, this event has rightfully earned the title of “The Fastest Race of the Year.” The energy is electric, the stakes are high, and the performances will leave you on the edge of your seat.

Prepare for heart-pounding action featuring jaw-dropping competition across various classes: watch the 6-second, 230+ mph Pro Street racers, 7-second, 190 mph Real Street bikes, lightning-fast 3-second eighth-mile Pro Xtreme machines, and the fierce clutch battles in Super Stock. Plus, witness the excitement of the “Running of the Bulls” Grudge Shootouts and over 600 Sportsman motorcycle racers vying for a whopping $90,000 in cash prizes!

You’ll also have the chance to see some of the fastest and most impressive motorcycles up close, making it a thrilling experience for fans of all ages. Don’t miss out on this action-packed weekend!

Orient Express Racing Pro Street

Points Leader – Rodney Williford

Next weekend, we’re gearing up for what promises to be one of the most thrilling Orient Express Racing Pro Street finales in recent memory. Rodney Williford, who has reigned as the Pro Street Champion for the past three years, now faces his most formidable challenge yet. For the first time, there is a realistic chance that he could be dethroned.

Jason Dunigan and Rodney Williford

Currently, just 43 points separate Williford from his closest competitor, Jason Dunigan. The big question: Can Dunigan close the gap and take home the championship? There are two possible scenarios in which Dunigan could seize the title.

In the first scenario, Dunigan would need to win the event outright, and Williford would have to lose in round two or earlier. The second scenario would see Dunigan taking the runner-up spot, but only if Williford exits in the first round.

Interestingly, history may be on Dunigan’s side. The last time Williford suffered a first-round loss was exactly one year ago at the DME Racing Fall Nationals—the same event where this season’s championship will be decided. If history repeats itself, Dunigan could find himself in the perfect position to claim his first Pro Street Championship.

Greg Wallace

But the excitement doesn’t end with the battle between Williford and Dunigan. Pro Street racers are also in a fierce competition for a top-ten finish, which would earn them a coveted spot at the prestigious 28th Annual Haltech World Cup Finals, presented by Wiseco. This highly anticipated Import vs. Domestic event, held at Maryland International Raceway from October 30 to November 3, 2024, will put racers in front of more than 50,000 fans.

Currently, David Fondon holds the critical number ten position. However, there’s a twist—Fondon is not listed to compete next weekend, and if he doesn’t race, he will be ineligible for the World Cup Finals. This opens the door for Ricky Wood, Jayson Geerman, and Kenny Brewer, who are locked in a battle of their lives to win rounds and accumulate enough points to break into the top ten.

Ricky Wood

At the same time, the pressure is mounting on Jamie Lopes, Greg Wallace, and Ryan Bonitatis, who find their spots in jeopardy. If any of the challengers advance deep into eliminations, these racers could see themselves pushed out of contention for the World Cup Finals.

The stakes are high, and with so much on the line, fans can expect nothing short of an electrifying showdown next weekend.

DME Racing Real Street

Points Leader – David Fondon

With a mixture of new talent and seasoned champions vying for the championship, fans are sure to witness an intense and dramatic conclusion to the DME Racing Real Street season. Fondon may lead the charge, but with so much talent stacked behind him, this final race will be anything but predictable.

David Fondon enters the season finale as the points leader in the highly competitive DME Racing Real Street class. But despite holding the top spot, Fondon’s lead is anything but secure, as four other racers are still within striking distance of the championship title.

Jason Iannotti

Among the challengers is class newcomer Jason Iannotti, who has impressed all season long with consistent performances, and reaching a final round, though he has yet to secure a win. Alongside him are three veteran champions of the Real Street class: David Stewart, Rickey Gadson, and Mark Hylton—all experienced racers with a proven track record of success.

While Iannotti and Stewart have yet to take a win this season, their strong finishes keep them in the hunt for the title. Meanwhile, Gadson and Hylton, both seasoned champions, have demonstrated their ability to rise to the occasion when it counts, securing key victories earlier in the year. Their wins give them added confidence heading into the final showdown.

For Fondon, this weekend will be a test of resilience and strategy as he faces relentless pressure from these accomplished riders. Each round will be crucial, and any slip-up could open the door for one of his challengers to claim the crown. As the final race approaches, the Real Street class is shaping up to be an unforgettable battle, with every racer looking to seize their moment on the biggest stage.

Gregg Dahl

But the action doesn’t stop there! At the last event, Andy Simon on a Harley-Davidson entry sent shockwaves through the class, shattering both ends of the record with a jaw-dropping 7.397-second pass at 199.49 MPH. The racing world was stunned, the thundering V-twin made a bold statement, proving that Harley entries are not just here to compete—they’re here to dominate.

Shockwaves went through the racing industry as the import racers realized the loud thundering V-twin entries are here to wake them up. The Real Street class is about to get even more exciting with the addition of a fourth Harley, piloted by Ken Miller, ready to enter the fray next weekend.

Could we be witnessing the rise of a Harley invasion? With more V-twin power on the grid, next weekend’s event promises to be a thrilling showdown. Don’t miss your chance to see if the Harleys will continue to shake up the class—come watch the action unfold!

MaxxECU Pro Xtreme

Points Leader – Dale Leeks

Next weekend, the MaxxECU Pro Xtreme class—home to the world’s quickest turbocharged, supercharged, and nitrous-injected big-tire, wheelie-bar monsters—will take to the asphalt one last time this year in what promises to be a heart-pounding season finale. Leading the pack is UK racer Dale Leeks, who sits at the top of the points standings. However, his path to the championship is far from clear, as he faces one determined challenger: Rob Garcia.

Garcia has come close to victory on two separate occasions this season, reaching the final round both times, only to be narrowly defeated by Leeks. With the championship on the line, Garcia is more motivated than ever to flip the script and take home the title. His strategy is simple but risky—advance to the finals and hope that the rest of the field can eliminate Leeks in an early round.

Rob Garcia

For Leeks, the focus will be on maintaining his winning momentum, as he’s proven time and again that he can handle the pressure of final-round battles. But in a class as unpredictable as Pro Xtreme, where power, precision, and even luck play crucial roles, anything can happen. Both turbocharged and nitrous-injected machines will be looking to play spoiler, adding even more drama to the already intense rivalry between Leeks and Garcia.

All eyes will be on whether Garcia can finally overcome Leeks this season, or if the UK sensation will further cement his dominance in the class and clinch his first XDA Championship title. One thing is certain—fans are in for a thrilling, high-octane showdown where every round could determine the champion.

MaxxECU Pro Xtreme is presented by Billy Vose Racing, Fast by Gast, DME Racing, Dunigan Racing, Grothus Dragbikes, Harley Haul, Rob Bush Motorsports, Robinson Industries, Schnitz Racing, Timblin Chassis, and Worldwide Bearings.

HTP Performance Super Stock

Points Leader – Jeremy Teasley

Jeremy Teasley has the HTP Performance Super Stock class locked down, securing his 2024 Championship title even before the final race of the season. No matter what happens next weekend, Teasley’s dominance throughout the year has guaranteed that no one can steal the championship crown from him.

However, just because Teasley has the title wrapped up doesn’t mean the action in Super Stock will be any less thrilling. This class is known for its pure, high-skill racing, where true hand-clutch riders must execute smooth and controlled launches to stay competitive. These racers ride on powerful, stock wheelbase machines that are prone to wheelie when the clutch is released, making for some nail-biting starts and on-the-edge racing.

Jimmy Leach

In Super Stock, there’s no hiding behind advanced electronic gadgets. The class operates under strict modification rules, requiring riders to compete with stock motors, MR12 spec fuel, and without aids like air shifters or data loggers. It’s a test of raw skill and precise control, where racers must rely solely on their riding abilities to achieve victory.

The result is a level playing field that showcases true rider talent, and despite Teasley’s championship being secured, every round promises intense competition and edge-of-your-seat excitement. Watch for breakout performances as riders push their limits, knowing they still have everything to prove on the track.

HTP Performance Grudge

Boosted Bulls

Points Leader – Frankie Stotz

In the Boosted Bulls, points leader Frankie Stotz is sittin’ pretty with a 42-point lead over his closest rival, Derek Sobiech. For Stotz, locking down the championship is straightforward: all he needs to do is roll up to the first round of eliminations. If he shows up, that title is his. But if he decides to sit it out, Sobiech’s got a golden chance to swoop in and snatch the championship in what would be a wild debut season for him.

Derek Sobiech on Night Stalker

Sobiech, who made the jump from the DMV Bulls class this season, has proven he’s a serious contender in Boosted Bulls. Even though it’s his first year here, he’s been on fire, hitting the final round three times this season. That kind of consistency speaks volumes about his skills and ability to adapt in this cutthroat competition.

No matter how this plays out, Sobiech’s grit and knack for handling pressure make him a legit threat heading into the 2025 season. It’s game on for both of them!

Nitrous Bulls

Points Leader – Antonio Patton

In the Nitrous Bulls class, Antonio Patton is currently leading with fifty-two points, but don’t count out Jeremy Teasley and David Fondon. Both of them have what it takes to light up those win lights and claim the championship for themselves. Patton will need to step up his game in every round if he wants to secure that crown and earn his first XDA Championship. The competition is fierce, and every round counts!

Jeremy Teasley on American Express

3 Sixty 5 Monster Bulls

Points Leader – Crow Teasley

Crow Teasley’s holding down the 3 Sixty 5 Monster Bulls points chase by just one point! Next weekend is gonna be a serious pressure cooker as Teasley aims to turn that slim lead into a championship. But watch out—Brandon Tyree and Michael Daddio are hungry, ready to push him out of the running right from the start. These two are set to battle it out for that top spot, and they won’t make it easy for Teasley. It’s gonna be an all-out war on the track—who’s got the grit to take the crown?

Michael Daddio on Overtime

Tommie’s Motorsports DMV Bulls

Points Leader – Nick Hamlett

In the Tommie’s Motorsports DMV Bulls, Nick Hamlet is dominating with a solid forty-nine-point lead. But don’t get too comfy, Nick—next weekend, there’s one racer you gotta keep your eye on, and that’s Aubrey Valentine. Hamlet’s made it to three out of four finals this season, snagging a win along the way. But Valentine isn’t backing down; he just clinched his first final at the last event, taking the victory over Hamlet. You best believe he’s riding that wave of momentum and looking to pull off another upset. It’s game time—Valentine’s got his sights set on the win and the 2024 championship. This showdown is gonna be epic!

Nick Hamlett

All Motor Bulls

Points Leader – David Fondon

In the All Motor Bulls, David Fondon is holding down the points lead with a thirty-four-point cushion over La Payne, who’s hot on his heels. Fondon kicked off the season with a victory at the Platinum General Services Season Opener, but he hasn’t found that winning magic again. Meanwhile, Payne’s been racking up wins, snagging two this season and rolling into the final ready to claim a third. If Fondon wants to keep that lead and secure his spot as the repeat champion, he’s gotta show up and come correct at the DME Racing Fall Nationals. It’s time to put in work and defend that title—no slacking allowed!

David Fondon

Vance & Hines 4.60

Points Leader – Mac McAdams

The Vance & Hines 4.60 Index class is heating up, and right now, Mac McAdams is barely holding onto the lead with just twenty points. That’s nothing but a threadbare cushion in this cutthroat arena of competitors. The top eight racers are all mathematically in the hunt, and they’re ready to knock McAdams off his throne. One of those hungry challengers is Ronald Procopio, the reigning champion for the last four years. He knows what it takes to win and isn’t about to back down.

Brad Gleason

But he’s not alone in this fight. The competition is fierce, with heavy hitters like Jimmy Shifflett, Kenny Cornnell, Eran Pielert, Kevin White, Ricky Butler Jr., and Brad Gleason all gunning for that top spot. In this eighth-mile battleground, only the toughest will survive, and every round is a battle for glory.

Next weekend is wide open—there’s no telling what could go down. These racers will be cutting down the tree and pulling out all the stops to light up their lanes. Expect high stakes and even higher adrenaline as they go all in for the win!
