Accord EX 09 - oil change problem

I was told by the autozone worker that I need 5W-20 oil for a top off and that he recommended a filter at this milage. I wasn't trying to waste money right now so I have a budy who said he'd do an all natural change for cheap. I guess it's preference but us old boys like things a certain way.
So anyway the oil change is all done and he used the 5quarts of almond oil I had bought online (covid restrictions) and also some of that high mileage oil additive (the car is pretty old at 12 years. older than my kid :runaround:
So I went to start it up which went well, but it's making some weird noises like a struggling click click click wooooosh clik click
Has anyone else has this behavior after replacing synthetic oil with natural?
Maybe I'll go back to autozone and buy that filter.
