956 and 962...they all look the same, they are not. Basicaly the plastic models we have of those models are the nice (and aged 1983 btw) tamiya long tail le mans car, and the short tail high dowforce 962 made by hasegawa and tamiya , this lask kit is a derivated box from their old snap loc radio controlled toy of the 80s, with a badly moulded side air intake area to host the battery pack inside.
then MFH come, but as far as i knew they made a full detail 962 car, and no 956.
the nice 956 is in 1/12 scale, even made by mfh.
So I wanted to build the short 956c car using the long tail 956 car. pics from the era shows many different configurations, sometimes they featured high downforces tail with le mans nose, and vice versa. More often the first btw.
Trying to make this clear is this picture:'
tamiya 956 has this nose (and lights..)
i want to do this nose...
as well as shorten the tail, and rebuils the read extractor. Scale motorsport did this part, but i think they didnt provide a correction for the front part.
i wanted to do this car. no1. drm norisring
i have a terrible connection here su must divide this post in several ones...sry
