Bergman Scores ASCS Red River Win at Creek County

(July 25, 2017) – Seth Bergman returned to Victory Lane last Friday during an ASCS Red River Region event that kicked off a busy weekend. “Our mission every race is to win,” he said. “We don’t have as many wins as we’d like this year so it was great to capitalize on a great draw, put together a good feature and end the night with a victory.” Bergman kicked off the race last Friday at Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, Okla., by advancing from sixth to fourth place in a heat race. That earned a spot in the feature redraw, in which he pulled the No. 1 to start the main event on the pole. “We had a good start to take the lead right away,” he said. “We maintained the top spot throughout the race. As the cushion went away it became trickier to run and I made a mistake on the last lap that got us into the wall.
