Mission Statement: To provide our Competitors and Participants with a safe, exciting, and enjoyable experience during all racing events at Colorado National Speedway (“CNS”) by keeping the racing safe, competitive, and economical in a fair environment for all Competitors and Participants in all divisions, through the use of a committee decision making process. The Rules Committee has been formed to allow car owners and racers an avenue to discuss and submit ideas or seek clarification pertaining to any and all written rules. The Committee will decide by a majority vote whether a new rule or change to an existing rule should be considered. If considered, the item will be discussed by the Committee, evaluated on its overall financial impact on both competitors and the division as a whole, then voted on and passed or not passed according to the majority rule. Each Member shall have one vote. The Committee shall consist of several Members who must be either CNS Drivers (registered and active), Crew, or Team Owners; appointed based on racing experience and knowledge of the sport. The Track Owner, the Head Tech Official, and other individuals may be included as appropriate.
