Mother Nature Did Not Win on Mother’s Day!
May 8 - This week had some major depressions and we aren’t talking about weather systems. Of course Wednesday’s opening Street Night was a wash, as was Friday’s track rental and Saturday’s All Star and Super Street races. However, Mother Nature tried to throw the final curve on Sunday but perseverance paid off and the Mother’s Day points event sponsored by Belot Auto Machine was a triumph. Sunday started out dismal and rainy but as soon as the weather front passed, all hands were on deck to dry
