2017 CTS A/C control and radio electronic panel out

2017 CTS Luxury, Anyone had an issue with the A/C panel (also with radio volume control and seat heater/coolers) going intermittent on and off? Also this is the panel that lifts up to reveal the hidden storage compartment with finger touch. Another piece of electronic junk that is not necessary. Wondering if anyone else has seen this and what the fix is, other than going to the dealer.
