Performance problems with new combo

We're struggling with our car and would like some advice.We went from a 527 bbc 11.1, edelbrock performer rpm heads, .749 lift solid roller and a 8/71 standard bowers blower.We changed it up this year to 572ci,dart pro2 380s and a bds high helix 8/71, 60 tooth bottom pulley and a 43 top pulley.The timing is set at 32 degrees.Our old combo ran 4.50s at 155 in the 1/8.Our new combo only runs 4.60s at 150 mph.We sent out the fuel system to be flowed and the only other change was we went from...
