By Tony DiZinno Wisconsin weather is wild, man. After three of the coldest days I can remember just over just 60 miles to the north in Elkhart Lake at Road America with rain and ambient temperatures in the 50s and 60s, the summer heat dial got turned up to 11 today for the Indy NXT
