By Patrick Stephan The NTT INDCAR Series took to the 12 Turn 1.964 mile Portland International Raceway road course at 3:00pm Pacific Time under mostly cloudy skies with the air temp at 80 and the track 107F. That would actually drop during the session as more clouds than sun took over the facility. The weather
