Clock acting weird!

The battery in my 2013 Tucson recently went dead over night and since I recharged it the clock will not keep proper time anymore, and the fan sometimes cuts in then blows air out through the vents without me turning it on. Anybody have this problem in the past with their vehicle? Thanks, Kev.
