Dtc41

The engine on my 1992 (3.8) runs erratically and misfires when accelerating, the car gets an alarm DTC 41 sometimes and I have changed the things the manual states that may be wrong (PCM in this case according to the measurements), so what else can you check?
I have replaced PCM, spark plugs, ignition cables, ECM, CPS, etc ....
