S-10 Heater sounds like a B52 trying to take off.

I have a 1999 Siverado. I don't drive it much and we had a lot of snow and started it up and the heater makes a noise like a B52 taking off. As I lower the speed it gets quiter. The lowest speed almost quite. sounds like it's coming from the right side.
