50 for 50: Matt Hawkins – A Snowball Derby Angel

This story is an account by long-time Speed51.com contributor Elgin Traylor.  At the Snowball Derby in 2008 Traylor was following the Matt Hawkins story and he recalls his tale with the Canton, Georgia driver.
