[Men's Basketball] Grand Rapids Davison named NJCAA men's basketball Player of the Week

Grand Rapids Community College sophomore guard Curtis Davison has been named the NJCAA Division II men's basketball player of the week. Davison not only hit the winning shot that knocked off number one Ancilla College he averaged 34 points per game and hit 13 three pointers in two games as the Raiders went 1-1. He was 27 or 57 (47.3%) from the floor, 13 of 32 (40.6%) and one of one from the charity stripe (100.0%) for the week while averaging 34.0 minutes. Davison had 9 rebounds, one steal and two assist. The Raiders will close out the regular season tonight when they travel to face Mid Michigan Community College.
