[Women's Tennis] Point Beats Milligan for First Time, 6-3 in AAC Action

VALLEY, AL: Point University women's tennis improved their season dual-match record to 3-1 overall and 1-0 in conference with a 6-3 Appalachian Athletics Conference victory over Milligan College (4-1; 0-1 AAC), Sunday, Feb. 18, at the Sportsplex in Valley, Ala.  Point defeated Milligan for the first time in women's tennis competition.

Head coach Chad Simpson commented, "I am so proud of our players today.  We overcame the challenges and played big when we needed it.  Today was a great team effort, and I am glad for our girls to enjoy this victory for their work on the court and in the trainer's room."
