[Men's Soccer] RedStorm foursome honored by NAIA

    KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Four members of the University of Rio Grande men's soccer team were named to the 2017 Daktronics-National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Scholar-Athlete Team.
    The team, announced Friday by the national office, included 492 student-athletes nationwide.
    Rio Grande was represented by fifth-year senior Jorge Guinovart (Barcelona, Spain), seniors Eduardo Zurita (Sant Boi de Llobregat, Spain) and Danny Carroll (Liverpool, England) and junior Ben Mendoza (Chichester, England).
