[Tennis] Martinez takes over Cumberland Tennis programs

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland University Director of Athletics Ron Pavan announced the hiring of Karen Martinez as the program's next men's and women's tennis coach, effective June 30th. Martinez replaces Norman Kalkhoff, who resigned in March.

Martinez has served the last year as head coach for men's and women's tennis at Central Christian College in McPherson, Kan. The Tigers participate as an independent athletic program in the NAIA and also in the National Christian College Athletic Association.
