[Independent (Kampala)] Nijmegen, Netherlands -Uganda's Joshua Cheptegei continued his rise in long distance athletics by running the world's second fastest 15k race ever at the Seven Hills Race Zevenheuvelenloop in Nijmegen, The Netherlands on Sunday.
