To get more people shooting and a great club event we will put on full and half day options to provide a suitable round for everyone (although to win the championships, you will need to shoot the full 12 dozen round)The awards will be made for outright scores (not handicapped) and we would love to see as many members as possible coming along to take part!Even if you don’t think you are in with a chance, please come and join in – you never know!….
CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS:This will consist of 2 competitions:
GAC Full Club Championship – For the silverware and medalsAssembly at 9.30 for sighters at 10.00amSenior Gents: – York; (6doz@100yds, 4doz@80yards, 2doz@60yards)Senior Ladies: – Hereford; (6doz@80yds, 4doz@60yards, 2doz@50yards)Juniors: – Bristol 2,3,4 or 5 as appropriate
GAC Short Club Championship – medals onlyAssembly at 1.00pm for sighters at 1.30pmSenior Gents & Ladies And Junior Boys & Girls:National (4doz@60yards, 2doz@50yards)National 50 (4doz@50yards, 2doz@40yards)National 40 (4doz@40yards, 2doz@30yards)National 30 (4doz@30yards, 2doz@20yards)
PLEASE NOTE: Only archers shooting the full day rounds will qualify for Club Championship trophies, but there will be medals for the half day competitors.
Don’t forget to bring lunch if you are there all day.
