Carroll County high school football playoff preview: Rematch headlines Round 2 slate

Last year, it was Francis Scott Key over Century. Two years ago, Manchester Valley ended Westminster’s season. Now, Carroll County football fans will once again see a playoff rematch — this time in the Class 2A North Region second round, as Winters Mill and Manchester Valley meet again. Last week’s first round couldn’t have gone much differently for the two teams. The Falcons ran roughshod over North Harford, jumping out to a 42-0 lead before cruising to a 42-22 win.
