Girls swim team places second in region; boys take fourth

The Marion County girls’ swim team earned a remarkable second place in the regional competition on Friday at Bowling Green High School while their male counterparts took home a solid fourth place finish. Due to concerns over icy travel conditions, the event was transformed into a one-day event without the regular preliminary heats.
