High school boys basketball: Kingston falls to defending state champs

BERNE, N.Y. — When Kingston High boys basketball coach Ron Kelder scheduled two games with defending Class C state champion Berne-Knox-Westerlo for the 2025-26 season, he figured the games would be challenging against the powerful Section 2 school.
