Wrestling roundup week of Jan. 12
Another strong week in the books for area wrestlers. Both boys and girls wrestling teams were in action across several tournaments and dual meets last week, turning in strong individual and team performances on both the boys’ and girls’ sides. Ithaca The Yellowjackets started the week by beating Carrollton 73-6, but came up just short in a nailbiter to Michigan Lutheran Seminary 37-34. Ithaca is now 14-8 on the year and 2-1 in the TVC.
