OXNARD — A year after finishing 2-8 and at the bottom of the Mission League standings, the Bishop Amat football team found itself in the quarterfinals of the CIF-Southern Section Division 3 playoffs. But the Lancers’ bounce-back year under first-year coach Kory Minor ended with a 28-7 loss to Oxnard Pacifica in Friday’s quarterfinals.
