Line-ups for EHL U14 tournament confirmed
The line-up for the ABN AMRO EHL U14 has been finalised with Real Club de Polo’s girls and the boys from Club de Campo joining the Easter party at Den Bosch.
For the girls, Polo (pictured above) completed the line-up when they won 2-1 against Campo in the qualifying round of the competition to confirm their place last week. On the same weekend, Campo won the boys playoff and will take part as the Spanish representative.
They will both play in respective six-team competitions. The EHL U14 sees each of the top six nations on the EHL Ranking List given one place initially – how each nation decides to allocate this ticket is at the discretion of their national federation.
On the boys side, Campo join Harvestehuder THC (Germany), Gantoise (Belgium), HDM (Netherlands), Old Georgians (England) and Post SV (Austria).
For the girls, Braxgata (Belgium), Münchner SC (Germany), Klein Zwitserland (Netherlands) and Surbiton (England) were nominated by their national federations.
The final spot was initially offered to Ireland but was not taken up and so EHL hosts Den Bosch accepted the place to complete the event line-up.
