Kem Ljungquist Added To Primetime’s May 16 Show: Boudigaard Steps In For Thorsen

WBA Baltic champion and mandatory challenger for the EBU heavyweight title, Dane Kem Ljungquist (21-1), has been added to Primetime’s show in Brøndby, Denmark on May 16. No opponent has been announced. Kem last fought on November 14 of last year, when he won the EBU Silver title by stopping Swiss boxer Benoit Huber in the eleventh round.

Also on the bill is heavyweight Thorbjorn Boudigaard, who steps in for his injured stablemate Gustav Thorsen, who is sidelined due to injury. Boudigaard (10-3) will meet Englishman Harvey Dykes (7-0-1).

Headlining the bill, Ahmad El Ahmad (11-0) faces Tinko Banabakov (8-2) for the vacant WBA Baltic super featherweight title. At flyweight, Linn Sandstrom (12-4-3) meets American Katherine Lindenmuth (8-5) with the WBA interim title at stake.
