The Boston Butchers Host East Coast Rivals NYC Attitude On Friday In Boston
Team Boxing League (TBL) returns to Boston on Friday, April 24, as the Boston Butchers square off against their East Coast nemesis, the NYC Attitude, at the Roadrunner Boston.
Tickets for this highly anticipated showdown are on sale now at Team Boxing League. Pricing is set at $65 for General Admission, $100 for Premium seating, and $150 for VIP. Doors open at 6pm, with the first bell scheduled for 7pm.
With the all-time series tied at 2-2, both teams enter April 24 with plenty to prove in what has quickly become one of the league’s most competitive rivalries.
Led by top welterweight contender Rashidi Ellis, the Boston Butchers are primed to make a serious run at the TBL title in 2026. General Manager Jimmy Burchfield Sr. has assembled one of the most dynamic rosters in the league, featuring Ellis alongside his brother Ronald Ellis, rising prospect Jahyae Brown, heavyweight Skylar Lacy, Worcester standout Keno Luna, and Italian native Camilla Panatta.
The Butchers are trained by father-son duo Alex and Andrew Rivera, whose boxer-puncher philosophy has quickly made Boston one of the most dynamic teams in the league.
Across the ring, the NYC Attitude bring a dangerous and well-balanced squad led by coaches Ryan O’Leary and Benny Roman. Their lineup includes hard-hitting Bosnian heavyweight Dusan Veletic, Bronx welterweight Ryan Pino, and the talented sibling duo of Ryan and Nataly Zempoaltecati.
“Boston vs. New York is always special, and this matchup delivers everything fans want,” said Burchfield Sr. “You’ve got elite talent, real rivalries, and a format that keeps the action nonstop from the opening bell. Our guys are ready to make a statement and show that the Butchers are built for a championship run.”
The Team Boxing League is the nation’s first professional boxing league built around a team-based ownership model, featuring 12 city-based franchises competing with both male and female fighters. Each event consists of 24 three-minute rounds divided into “Launch,” “Middle,” and “Money” rounds, creating a fast-paced, high-energy experience for fans.
The league continues to gain momentum nationally, recently announcing that boxing legend Manny Pacquiao will help lead one of its newest franchises—further cementing TBL’s place at the forefront of boxing innovation.
On April 24, Boston fans can expect nothing less than a war as the Butchers and NYC Attitude collide in a high-stakes matchup for East Coast supremacy.
