Wyatt Trujillo Joins Younger Brother As Co-Main Event On UBO Double Feature
Wyatt Trujillo (22) will join younger brother Remsey as co-main event on May 1 in Guatemala City, Guatemala, when he fights for the Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) Youth Super Middleweight title.
In a clash of undefeated co-challengers, Wyatt (15-0, 11 KOs) is pitted against 21-year-old Mexican prospect Jesus Lara Robles (6-0, 4 KOs) on a card promoted by Power Punch Promotions in association with Trujillo Promotions.
Remsey Trujillo (20) is set to face another Mexican in Edgar Medina Arjona for the vacant UBO Inter-Continental Super Welterweight crown.
A pro for less than two years, Wyatt has been extremely active and already won WBC Latino and WBF International belts.
The home man will be a healthy favourite against Lara Robles, who is venturing outside Mexico to fight for the first time, but the visitor has the power to cause an upset, and the confidence to go all out to do so.
Two unbeaten punchers will collide, and it could be a question of who lands first. Fireworks are basically guaranteed!
