Former Argentine world champion Sergio “Maravilla” Martínez (57–3–2, 32 KOs), 51, defeated compatriot Nicolás “El Picante” Ryske, 39, by unanimous decision over six rounds at the “Noche de Leyendas” (Night of Legends) event in Buenos Aires. The bout took place at the Malvinas Argentinas Arena, home of the renowned Argentinos Juniors football club.

Both fighters traded solid blows throughout the six-round contest, but Martínez was more precise, landing the cleaner punches—particularly to Ryske’s head—and earned a unanimous 60–54 score on all three cards.

At 51, many believe this was Martínez’s final fight.

Ryske is a former multiple world champion in Muay Thai, kickboxing, and K-1, with a professional career spanning nearly 11 years.
