WBA atomweight (also known as light minimumweight) champion Isabel Rivero (12-3-1) will defend the title at home in Valladolid (Spain) May 17) against Watcharaporn Namphon (14-1) on a show promoted by Tundra Promotions.
The 38-year old Rivero won the title last by beating Silvia Torres and this is her first defence. She had earlier in 2025 fought for the WBO minimumweight title in Germany against Sarah Bormann but lost a split decision.
Namphon is Thai champ at atomweight and ranked number seven by the WBA.
