Iman Lee Vs Jose Nuñez Sosa For NABF Super Feather Title April 18th
Super Featherweight prospect Iman Lee is looking to garner his first title on April 18th in Hartford, CT. Lee will take on tough Jose Nuñez Sosa at the Hartford Convention Center, for the vacant NABF super featherweight title.
The undefeated Lee, (14-0-1) will also look to from the first and only blemish on his otherwise sterling record, a six-round majority draw against South Africa’s Bekizizwe Maitse in the quarter-finals of the WBC Grand Prix featherweight tournament in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, last August 13. Despite earning the draw against the tough Maitse, Lee exited from the tournament due to the WBC’s enhanced scoring system.
Eight months out of the ring have Lee rested, rejuvenated and ready to gun for his first title. Lee-Sosa will headline an 11-bout card promoted by Jimmy Burchfield’s CES Boxing. More info including tickets and more, will be forthcoming.
