Mexican star prospect Juan “Güerito de Tepito” Pérez will have his second professional fight on May 15 against a foreign opponent yet to be announced. The six-round bantamweight bout will take place at the legendary Arena Coliseo in Mexico City.
“Güerito de Tepito” made his professional debut by defeating Uganda’s Barker Ssewanyana by unanimous decision over four rounds last November in Saudi Arabia.
“El Güerito de Tepito” is currently training with “Team Benavidez” under David and José Benavidez.
He is considered the next superstar of Mexican boxing.
