US Heavyweight Anderson Joins Queensberry
American heavyweight contender Jared Anderson has teamed up with Frank Warren and Queensberry Promotions on a co-promotional basis alongside Top Rank.
The 26-year-old, known as ‘The Real Big Baby’, links-up with Queensberry, the Home of the Heavyweights, as he looks to reignite his hugely promising career and push towards world title contention, with his journey set to be broadcast live on DAZN.
Widely regarded as a future leading figure in American heavyweight boxing, Anderson made a devastating start to his professional career following his debut in October 2019, frequently dispatching opponents inside the opening round—four of his first five wins coming via first-round stoppage.
A two-time U.S. national champion in the amateur ranks, Anderson captured his first professional title in 2021, claiming the NABF belt with a second-round stoppage of Oleksandr Teslenko. He followed this in 2022 by securing the WBO International title with another second-round finish, this time against Jerry Forrest.
Momentum continued into 2023 as the 6ft 4in powerhouse added the WBC USA title with a convincing decision victory over former world champion Charles Martin, before defending his titles with a fifth-round stoppage of Andrii Rudenko.
In 2024, Anderson recorded a solid points win over Ryad Merhy before suffering the first defeat of his professional career in a step-up bout against Martin Bakole in Los Angeles.
He returned to winning ways in early 2025 with a decision victory over Marios Kollias at Madison Square Garden and now sets his sights on re-establishing himself as a major force in the heavyweight division.
