Kyakonye In Non-Title Fight On Saturday

Reigning WBF heavyweight champion Willy Kyakonye (12-0, 11 KOs) will face German-Bosnian Semir Dautovic (8-4-2) in a non-title 10-round bout on March 7 in Rijswijk, the Netherlands.
Kyakonye hails from Uganda but has fought exclusively in the Netherlands since turning professional in 2017. He won the WBF title last year and has defended it once.
Dautovic has campaigned mainly as a cruiserweight during his professional career and was stopped in three rounds by current EBU heavyweight champion Labinot Xhoxhaj in 2024.
