Jorge Luis “Little Giant” Silva Dies In Motorcycle Accident

Nicaraguan professional boxer Jorge Luis Silva Ramos, 25, tragically died early Monday morning, March 2nd, in a traffic accident after his motorcycle went out of control and crashed into a tree in the community of La Estancia, Jalapa, Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua.
Reports indicate that Silva was not wearing a helmet and was driving his motorcycle at excessive speed, which caused him to lose control and crash into a fixed object, resulting in a severe head injury that caused his death at the scene.
A medical emergency team from the Fire Department arrived at the scene to attend to Jorge Luis Silva, but unfortunately, he no longer had vital signs.
Silva was a heavyweight over 6’6″ (2 meters) tall and was known as “The Little Giant,” with a professional record of 3 wins and 1 loss between 2024 and 2025.
