Sam Eggington Official Challenger For EBU Champ Milan Prat

EBU super welter champ Milan Prat (29-1) from France now has Englishman Sam Eggington (36-9) as official challenger.
The EBU has set March 3 as the deadline for purse bids or agreements.
Eggington is ranked # 9 by the EBU.
Prat had previously compatriot Reda Kham (18-1) as official challenger but he withdrew on the day of the purse bids (Feb 12) and Eggington steps in as the highest ranked available contender.
Prat’s sole loss came against German Slawa Spomer in 2023 and Milan took what looked like a career ending beating but has bounced back as if nothing has changed and is 9-0 since then.
