Zaren And Biacho Official Challengers For The EBU Silver Title

Dane Oliver “The Great Dane” Zaren (19-0) and Spaniard Damian Biacho (20-1) are now co-challengers for the vacant EBU Silver super middleweight title. The EBU has set February 24 as the deadline for purse bids or agreements.

Zaren already holds the IBF I-C title and was expected to defend it against an opponent to be announced later this spring in Denmark.

Biacho´s lose loss came to Zaren’s stablemate Jacob Bank last year but he is 3-0 since then and he was mandatory challenger for the Silver title then held by Jose Luis Navarro Jr, who now is mandatory challenger along with the above mentioned Bank for the vacant EBU crown – purse bids for that one is set for February 17.
