IVB- I Visit Boxing, Set For Blockbuster Press Conference On Friday In San Francisco
Who is Ed Pereira? Who/What is IVB (I Visit Boxing)? The answers to those questions and more are set to be delivered on Friday, January 16th during a press conference in San Francisco. No time has been given yet for the presser, but the upstart boxing promotional juggernaut has asked interested parties to be locked in to their Facebook and YouTube pages to find all the latest news regarding their announcement.
Pereira was once involved as an advertising executive, with Riyadh Season and Turki Alalsheikh and Sela (a Saudi Arabian entertainment and hospitality company) during the recent promotional runs including the Times Square show back on May 22nd. He has decided to not only jump into the boxing promotional fray, but to basically become rivals with those parties with whom he once worked closely. “We want to break records. We want to bring boxing back to the people,” quipped Pereira. He plans to hold a boxing card in San Francisco, targeting July 11, possibly with Usyk-Wilder as the headliner and attended by some 150,000 fans! Tune in!
