Shields-Crews To Face Off At NYC Presser

Salita Promotions and Wynn Records will host an in-person press conference at The Edition Time Square to officially launch the highly anticipated Claressa Shields (17-0, 3 KO’s) vs. Franchon Crews-Dezurn (10-2, 2 KO’s) Undisputed Heavyweight World Championship, set for Sunday, February 22 at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, streaming live on DAZN.
The press conference will bring together both fighters for their first face-off since their first fight together–their pro boxing debuts in 2016–ahead of fight night, alongside key stakeholders, to discuss the magnitude of this championship event, Claressa Shields’ historic return to the ring, and what’s at stake in one of the most significant rematches in women’s boxing.
