Mendoza Reelected As WBA President Until 2030

The WBA held their presidential elections and in a mere formality, incumbent Gilberto Jesus Mendoza was re-elected to a new term, extending to 2030.

Mendoza was presented with a special leather jacket, adorned with a variety of different WBA patches, symbolizing the WBA old and new, along with special WBA projects.

Mendoza gave a heartfelt speech of thanks to his board of directors, his champions such as Erislandy Lara, Victor Callejas, Rolly Romero, Juan Diaz, Jessie Vargas, Manny Siaca, Jr., Kina Malpartida and of course Roberto Duran, all of whom flanked him on the stage.
