WBO Convention In Bogatá Loaded With Champs
The WBO 38th annual convention kicks off next Monday, October 27 and runs through Friday, October 31st in Bogatá, Colombia at the Hilton Coferias Bogatá and Ágora Convention Center. Along with important meetings concerning ratings, mandatory defenses, annual awards banquet, etc., there will be a boxing card in the convention center on Wednesday night, October 29th and a host of past and present world champions as well as top contenders, on hand. Expected to be present are Joseph Parker, Terence Crawford, Katie Taylor, Amanda Serrano, Hamzah Sheeraz, Marco Antonio Barrera, Juan Manuel Marquez, Moses Itauma, Miguel Cotto, Anthony Olasquaga, Emanuel Navarrete, Christian Medina, Oscar Collazo, Xander Zayas and René Santiago among others. This year marks the first time the convention will be open to the public.
