Fightnews Staff Poll: Canelo Will Beat Crawford

In an internal poll of the Fightnews staff, it looks like Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez edges out Terence ‘Bud’ Crawford, 8-6. Of the eight votes for ‘Canelo’ to win, five were by KO or TKO, the others were by unanimous decision. Of the six votes for ‘Bud’ to win, all were by decision, with four being unanimous and two by split decision. At one point in the voting, it was deadlocked at 6-6. Then two late responses came in for ‘Canelo,’ giving him the narrow edge among the Fightnews pundits! Let’s hope it’s exciting and controversy-free!
