World Handball Championship Trophy aboard the Recouvrance

As part of the Men’s World Handball Championship taking place in France in January 2017, the Brest Arena will host the President’s Cup on 21, 22 and 23 January.

To celebrate this great event in the world of sports, the 2017 World Handball Championship trophy was brought aboard the Recouvrance for the Brest 2016 Grand Parade.
Present for the occasion were Brest Mayor François Cuillandre, professional handball player Cléopâtre Darleux, Joël Delplanque, Gérard Cantin (President of the CD29 Finistère sports committee) and Jean-Yves Caer (President of Ligue Bretagne).
