That’s midday sunshine for you in the Arctic: #Lapland, Northern #Norway, Fabruary some years ago. I was shooting the film 71° Solitude North, about a woman skiiing across Lapland alone in winter, pulling a sled, in search for silence, poetry of the emptiness and quiteness. A lonesome arctic fox followed my trail to this lonesome tree and vanished into this lonesome barren land. I stopped, besmued and lost in time. And thanked Nature for the show.
