Stanford’s No. 1 ranked women’s water polo team (16-1, 4-0 MPSF) prepares to travel across the bay to face off against the No. 4 ranked California Golden Bears (13-5, 1-2) this Saturday at 12PM PST. Stanford is coming off two close wins against rival NCAA championship contenders, outlasting No. 3 ranked UCLA (21-4, 4-1) 7-6 last Saturday and edging out No. 2 USC (21-1, 3-1) 9-8 in overtime the weekend prior. With their toughest opponents behind them, the Cardinal seek to close out the last three games of the regular season.
