Canada comes up short in a close battle against Italy at the FINA Youth World Championship

The Canadian women’s team came up short against Italy in the opening match at the 2018 FINA World Women’s Youth Championship in Belgrade, Serbia. In a hard-fought battle, the Canadians could not overcome a three-goal sequence by the Italians at the beginning of the fourth quarter and in the end, Italy secured a 15-13 win.
