[Women's Volleyball] Koerner named second team all-conference

All-CCAC Women's Volleyball Team

Sophomore Jenny Koerner was named second team all-conference as the CCAC announced its postseason women's volleyball awards.

Koerner, from Shorewood, Ill., led St. Ambrose with 356 kills, an average of 3.21 per set, this season. She had 21 matches of double-digit kills, including a season-best 21 in a five-set match at St. Francis (Ill.) on Oct. 24. She posted 18 kills in three other matches. Koerner upped her play in CCAC action, averaging 3.48 kills per set over the Bees' 18 conference matches.

Koerner was also credited with 136 digs, 15 blocks and eight aces this season.
